SpliceCom Hit The Road

The SpliceCom Technical Roadshow swung back into action during mid-November, as it hit the North and South of the country, updating partners on the latest apps, products and upgrades to come out of Chorleywood.

Led by Technical Support Manager Paul Southwell and Business Development Manager Stuart Bell, the engineering focussed events delivered accreditation training for the new Unified Communications certification required to around Navigate UC and Navigate CRM. In addition, an overview of Manager Assist v3.5 unveiled several new tools to further reduce the time taken to install systems - and support them once deployed - with particular focus being given to the mass deployment of handsets and user profiles required when rolling out large solutions.
